Most conventional floor finishes and sealers are still being formulated using polystyrene (styrene) and/or benzene based solvents. Styrene which is made from benzene which contributes to premature discoloration of the film and is hazardous to people, property and the environment. Exquisit, the next generation of floor finish, will never yellow or discolor because it does not contain Urethane, Polyurethane, polystyrene or styrene.
